Operators who wish to publish their catalogue on the Electronic Marketplace, or who wish to sign up to the professional Register or as a company which performs public works, they must register to the platform through the link below or on the top right. The guided procedure will enable the credentials necessary to access the reserved area in which it will be possible to immediately take part in an "Open Electronic Procedure" or to continue with the subsequent phases necessary for signing up to the computerized Professional Registers or to request the Electronic Market licence. Participation to the "Negotiated Procedures" is allowed only to those operators that have been authorized to sign up to the computerized Professional Register.   Electronic Market.
